In a bid to foster community development and self-sustainability, the Managing Director of Salam TV and Salam Charity, Hajji Karim Kaliisa, recently engaged with elderly Muslims in Kafunjo, Ntungamo district. The meeting aimed to discuss development and sustainability issues, with a focus on empowering the community to work together towards a common goal.

During the meeting, Hajji Karim Kaliisa encouraged the elderly Muslims to work together as a team, emphasizing the importance of mutual respect and trust in achieving success. He highlighted Salam Charity's role in mobilizing the community for development, noting that the organization relies solely on local communities for support, with no external sponsorship.
