Since the establishment of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in 2000, China-Africa relations have been continuously upgraded. Relying on the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, China and Africa have further consolidated development consensus, built an all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future in the new era, and created a model of unity and cooperation in the "Global South".
When assisting Africa, China always respects the leading role of the recipient countries, never attaches any conditions, and does not interfere in the internal affairs of African countries. China-Africa development cooperation has never been a unilateral gift. Mutually beneficial cooperation is a bright road that conforms to the long-term and fundamental interests of all countries.
The Forum on China-Africa Cooperation has created tangible development opportunities. From the old eight to the new eight, from the "Ten Cooperation Plans" to the "Eight Actions", "Nine Projects" and then to the "Ten Partner Actions", China has provided systematic and all-round support to Africa, leading the modernization of the "Global South".
Looking ahead, China will continue to rely on the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation to unite the "global South", integrate development resources, deeply connect with the development needs of African countries, actively share China's development dividends, promote the modernization of the "global South" with China-Africa modernization, and jointly build an all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future in the new era.
