Former Kawempe South Mubarak Munyagwa has defended Dr Kizza Besigye’s mobilizational skills for any struggle that would compel forces of change. According to Munyagwa, Dr Besigye knows how to mobilise people effectively and understands what actions to take.
“Leaders may be paid off but as long as Ugandans are still not doing well, they will rise and fight for themselves,” said Munyagwa.
Munyagwa further adds that the opposition is not ignorant and by the time 2025 clocks, there will be a change in the opposition.
