MP for Lwemiyaga, Theodore Ssekikuubo had petitioned the High court in Kampala to block the graduation ceremony claiming the institution gave some of the students ‘special’ examinations.

The documents he filed on Tuesday 24th, April 2018 indicate that LDC approved 312 students who had initially passed their subsequent Diploma in Legal Practice course in a meeting held in December 2017 but went ahead to confirm that 201 students were to sit for supplementary examinations in the subjects that were indicated against their names but the board approved strange results which he feels that were discriminatory to his side as since he was never passed with only one option of sitting for the supplementary exams.
