Boda Boda 2010, which is headed by Abdallah Kitatta, the NRM chairman for Rubaga division, has wrecked havoc in parts of the city.

It is alleged that the group has the support of Gen Kale Kayihura, the Inspector General of Police (IGP).

Speaking about the heated debate currently taking place in Parliament over the age-limit bill, Tumukunde also warned MPs not to manhandle security personnel at parliament saying it could lead to dire consequences.
