As Next Radio celebrates 7 years of big hits and big vibes, one voice stands out, Ronnie Musiiments, better known as Ronnie McVex.
Ronnie joined the Next Media family in 2018 and quickly became a household name on The Tranzit, turning Kampala’s evening traffic into a space of laughter, energy, and connection. For over five years, his voice became the soundtrack to the city winding down.
In 2024, Ronnie made “the switch,” moving to Morning Switch alongside Victoria Sibiya and Uncle Mark. Every weekday from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., he wakes up the nation with positivity, humor, and his unmistakable energy.
Beyond the mic, Ronnie is a comedian, MC, and family man, but at Next Radio, he is more than just a presenter — he’s the Programs Manager, part of the station’s heartbeat.
