On  Sushant Banerjee, the Uganda CEO at AutoXpress Limited, emphasized Uganda's thriving economy and the increasing demand for vehicle-related services that have necessitated that the company expands.

"Customer service is absolutely important. We can't play around with it. So there's a professional training, we handpick people when we interview, we take them through a series of interviews before we select them they're given product training, technical training, commercial training and customer service training for six months."

Officials said the new  AutoXpress fitment centre on Bombo Road boasts a cutting-edge workshop with four fully equipped working bays, staffed by expert technicians trained in the

latest technologies and armed with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.

AutoXpress entered Uganda in 2018  and was voted  as one of the top 20 Superbrands in East Africa 2022-2024 and ranked as the number

one brand in the automotive sector.

Oliviel Gatera the country manager  for Rubis said they share a vision with AutoXpress .
