Over 50 Opportunities: Next Media Calls on Firms to Bid for Key Services
The invitation, released under Reference No. NMS/PROC/2025/001, covers over 50 categories including office stationery, IT equipment and services, office furniture, medical and motor vehicle insurance, catering, security, training, digital marketing, and consultancy services.

Next Media Services has invited eligible and competent firms and individuals to submit bids for the provision of a wide range of goods and services for the Financial Years 2026–2028.

The invitation, released under Reference No. NMS/PROC/2025/001, covers over 50 categories including office stationery, IT equipment and services, office furniture, medical and motor vehicle insurance, catering, security, training, digital marketing, and consultancy services.

Other areas open for bidding include event management, web development, printing, signage, asset management, and waste management services.

Bidders are allowed to apply for a maximum of three services per payment of Shs100,000, with any additional categories attracting extra fees.

Interested parties are required to make payments to Airtel merchant code 4392284 (NBS Television) and email a receipt to [email protected] to receive a soft copy of the bid documents.

Completed bids must be submitted via email to [email protected] by 5:00 PM on 27th November 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Unlike typical procurement processes, there will be no public bid opening; bidders will be notified of the results via their provided emails by 31st December 2025.
