With the housing sector undergoing unprecedented growth, Next Media is gearing up to host the 5th Edition of the NBS Housing Baraza on December 8th and 9th.

The two-day event, spearheaded by Deputy Chief Executive Officer Joe Kigozi, aims to bring together experts in the real estate sector to discuss and explore innovative solutions to address Uganda's current housing gaps.

Uganda's escalating population has fueled a heightened demand for improved and sustainable developments in the housing sector.

In response to this, both major and minor projects have emerged in the city outskirts, including areas like Naguru, Ntinda, and Bukoto.

This surge necessitates tailor-made solutions for both homeowners and developers to meet the evolving needs of the population.

Joe Kigozi, Deputy CEO at Next Media, emphasized the significance of the NBS Housing Baraza in addressing these challenges.

"The event will focus on exploring the latest innovations to tackle bottlenecks and provide solutions to Uganda's Housing Industry," said Kigozi.

The CEO, Joe Kigozi, highlighted that the NBS Housing Baraza is open to various sections of the public, including homeowners, builders, and other stakeholders.

He sees the event as an excellent opportunity for networking and collaboration among industry players.

"I invite people to attend and take advantage of this platform where they can connect, share ideas, and contribute to the advancement of our housing sector," urged Joe Kigozi.

The 5th edition of the NBS Housing Baraza is scheduled to take place from December 8th to 9th, 2023, at Motiv, Old Port Bell Rd, Kampala.

The theme for this edition revolves around exploring evolving options in housing and housing finance.

Exhibitors will showcase discounted products, and sector experts will be on hand to address queries related to housing.
