Kakande now charges Shs1 million per dreamer
Prophet Kakande

Prophet Samuel Kakande of Synagogue Church of All Nations has announced that he will be charging $300 (Shs1 million) per prayer request for those wishing to have their dreams turned into realities.

According to a video clip circulating on social media, the charge will take effect on March 24.

The man of God said individuals living abroad will be charged $300 (approx. Shs1.1m) while Ugandans will pay Shs1 million for special prayer requests concerning their dreams.

“I want to announce to you, on March 24, 2024 we are going to write our prayer requests concerning our dreams," Kakande is seen saying in a brief video clip that has since gone viral on social media.

"Is your dream to build a house? Write your dream. Is your dream to become a billionare? write your dream, send it to Kakande’s Ministries, on our address, because we are still building. We shall now be sending our dreams with $300."

The Nile Post contacted the Synagogue ministries through a contact on their website to verify the authenticity of the video message or if indeed there was such a call to stake money in exchange for miracle prayers.

An attendant confirmed that dreams can be shared on their email while the money can be shared on the same number.

He, however, encouraged interested individuals to ensure commitments to loving their dreams, and God while sending in their prayer requests.

According to Kakande, the money collected will help in completing the construction of his mega building in Mulago, which will house his new church premises.

He said that for those living abroad, they can send their prayer request on his email, attached with their dreams and the $300.

“Now, we shall send the $300, for those that are abroad. Write your dream, send it on our email with $300. I will download your dream from the email, I will be taking it to the prayer mountain and I will be praying over them for three weeks,” he said.

He expressed assurance that individuals who send in the prayer requests will live to see their dreams come true and that he will send them back dream cards.

“Surely, you dream will come to pass because the Lord says, ‘I will not leave you until I have done whatever I have showed. you the Ugandans will bring Shs1 million just, a contribution to the building of the house of God,”

Meanwhile, the video clip has stirred mixed reaction on social media with some, wondering why the pastor is charging people to be prayed for.
