Warafiki steal the show at Naava Grey's concert

Clad in matching red outfits, Fenon Record’s Warafiki singing trio outdid themselves during Naava Grey’s concert at Kampala Serena Hotel
Warafiki performed last before Naava returned for her second set and they received a standing ovation after their performance. They owned the stage and made the audience sing along to the songs they performed.

“Because it is Valentine’s Day, we are going to take you down memory lane,” the girls said after they stepped on stage.
Thinking, they were going to do their original songs, the trio surprised the audience by first doing covers.
They started with KCI and Jojo’s All My Life, an R&B and Soul song which music critics claimed was the duo's most successful song of their career before they performed En Vogue’s biggest international single Don’t Let Go that made it to the top 10 in several countries and ranked the 83rd most successful single of the 1990s.
The group then switched to their original songs Ntagala and Tetubafana before calling it a night.
They joined Mun G, Joshua Baraka, Kenneth Mugabi and Bruno K as the only supporting acts at Naava’s sold-out concert last Friday.
Warafiki, a girl group made up of Tori (Victoria Mbabazi), Eyla (Damalie Nalugwa) and Treezy (Patricia Debra Nakalembe) was signed to Steve Jean’s Fenon Records in 2023.
