Chameleone,Abba reunite in the U.S.
This isn’t a call to justify substance dependence, but a plea for help. We need to come together if we want to keep him in our family
Celebrated musician, Joseph Mayanja, alias known as Chameleone, has reunited with his son Abba Marcus after weeks of media attention surrounding their relationship.
Last month, Abba went vocal about his father's lifestyle choices while Chameleone was hospitalised due to health concerns.
In a video clip circulating on social media, the two have been filmed together, with Abba actively assisting his father at a hospital in the U.S.
They also captured a moment in a photo alongside Abba's uncle, Douglas Mayanja, also known as Weasel, and one of Chameleone's managers.
Last month, Chameleone, 45, was flown to the U.S. for treatment related to pancreatitis.
Chameleone's concerns gained significant attention when Abba publicly revealed his struggles with substance use, which he linked to his father's health problems.
In a heartfelt message, Abba had urged fans to come together to support his father through these challenges.
“This isn’t a call to justify substance dependence, but a plea for help. We need to come together if we want to keep him in our family,” Abba said.
Despite earlier public speculations suggesting a rift between Abba and his family, particularly with his father, the recent photos from the U.S. indicate that the two are united, with the Abba actively supporting his father during this difficult time.
