Who broke the palace pot? – Enemy is from within and not from out! (VIDEO)

It is being alleged that it was actually Madame Sylvia the French wife of the deposed President Ali Bongo Ondimba who masterminded the coup that deposed her husband.

It is being said that she did this in the hope that it would be her son Noureddin Bongo Valentin that would be invited by the military to become President taking over from his frail father.

However, in between the actual execution of the takeover, things started changing and instead of the initial plan of events, Gen. Brice Oligui Nguema, the head of the Presidential Revolutionary Guard that protects the President and his inner family but also a cousin to ousted President Ali Bongo decided to take the throne for himself.

Consequently, this has made Madame Sylvia Bongo very rattled. The military coup executioners probably envisioned that their departure from the original plan would enlist Madame Sylvia's wrath so they had to move swiftly to place her, Noureddin and six other family members under house arrest in separate locations.

It is now being reported that Sylvia through her lawyers in France has lodged a criminal complaint in a Paris court against the military junta in Libreville for continuing to hold her against her will. But most interestingly is the daughter of the deposed President Ali Bongo, Malika Bongo Pereira who took to her Facebook page to send felicitations to Gen. Brice Oligui Nguema who had been announced as the transitional leader and head of the government after the military had toppled her father.

Now is this an indication that probably as the mother Sylvia was had the confidence and interest for his own son to replace the father, her own daughter and sister to Noureddin didn't want to have any of that? Could this be seen as the typical siblings’ rivalries or things are not holding together in the palace?

When you consider the amount of money in crisp new paper notes found at the residence of son Noureddin which money could have only been withdrawn from the Central Bank of Gabon, one can't fail to conclude that the son had probably got wind of the miscarriage of the initial plan and was prepping himself for a life elsewhere out of Gabon.

But this isn't to say that this is the only "savings" that Noureddin had. He was probably just only trying to beef up what he and his family members have been stashing away in various global capitals for years. The son was born in an opulent life style that epitomizes the adage of being born with a silver spoon in the mouth. For Noureddin however, the spoon wasn’t even silver, but it was pure refined gold. Right from his childhood, he was taken to the most prestigious schools in the USA and in the UK like Eton College. He also studied in the prestigious schools in France and later did his masters from the prestigious London School of Economics.

After school, Noureddin, entered business and using the influence of his father, he landed very lucrative businesses enterprises such as that of Olam Group, a Singaporean Agribusiness conglomerate that was engaged in Palm oil business in Gabon. He also became the Chairman and owner of the Gabonese Economic Free Trade Zone enterprise.

Mr. Noureddin Bongo Valentin aged 32 years old, in addition to being the eldest son of the President and grandchild of one of the longest ruling President in Africa, he had immense influence in the Gabonese state affairs. He held the position of the Coordinator of Presidential Affairs in Gabon. He had direct access to his father and controlled key institutions of the state such as the Presidency, the Cabinet, the Army and the Intelligence Services. He also had influence over some Ministerial appointments and Policy decisions in the country. He was thus widely regarded as his father’s heir apparent and potential successor.

It is reported that in 2019, while President Ali Bongo was still recuperating from the stroke that he had suffered in the previous year, there was an attempted coup by the military to topple his government. The soldier reported to have been that attempted coup was a cousin to President Ali Bongo. So all along the distress to the Palace of the Gabonese dynasty has been orchestrated by the people from within the ranks and file of the palace. The enemy to the Gabonese Bongo dynasty is from within and not from outside!
