KCB Bank Uganda’s ongoing ‘Kyaddala ne KCB’ campaign, launched on June 19, 2025, is inspiring a stronger savings culture among Ugandans while rewarding participants for consistent financial discipline.
The four-month campaign, running until October, encourages both new and existing customers to deposit a minimum of shs 100,000 weekly.
In doing so, participants not only stand a chance to win exciting prizes but also build long-term saving habits — aligning with the bank’s brand promise: “For People, For Better.”
So far, two successful monthly draws have been conducted, each rewarding 10 winners. In the first draw, winners walked away with shopping vouchers worth shs 200,000, while the second rewarded school fees support of shs 500,000 to another 10 lucky customers.
One such winner, Moses Nvule from Kasangati, shared his excitement and appreciation:
“I am so excited to be the lucky winner of shs 500,000 for school fees in the Kyaddala ne KCB draw. Honestly, I never thought something like this could happen to me. This blessing came shortly after I opened my account with KCB Bank. It has lifted a big burden off my shoulders, and I encourage everyone to join and experience these life-changing opportunities.”
With a third draw scheduled for the end of September, more rewards are in store for consistent savers. The campaign will conclude in October with a grand finale featuring transformational prizes, including a cow, land, electric bikes with insurance, and assorted branded merchandise.
Speaking about the campaign’s impact, Sheila Awori, KCB Bank Uganda’s acting Head of Marketing and Communications, emphasized the institution’s commitment to financial empowerment.
“This campaign highlights the importance of financial discipline and reaffirms KCB Bank’s commitment to supporting our customers on their savings journey. We invite individuals and businesses to take advantage of this initiative and partner with us to build a stronger, more secure financial future.”
By combining meaningful rewards with financial education, Kyaddala ne KCB is not only celebrating savers but also laying the groundwork for improved financial literacy and inclusion across Uganda.
