ACCA Uganda and Deloitte Renew Partnership to Empower CFOs

ACCA Uganda and Deloitte Uganda have extended their strategic partnership to elevate further the Chief Financial Officer (CFOs) role in the country. The renewed collaboration, spanning three years, aims to enhance capacity building, recognize excellence, and foster professional development among CFOs.
The prestigious CFO Awards is a cornerstone of the partnership, now in its eighth edition. This year’s theme, “Pushing Boundaries, Exploring the Growth Mindset,” underscores the evolving role of CFOs in today’s dynamic business landscape. Nominations for the awards are open until September 6, 2024.

Charlotte Kukunda, Country Manager of ACCA Uganda, emphasized the importance of the partnership in supporting the growth of the finance profession. “We are committed to empowering CFOs with the tools and knowledge they need to excel,” she said.
