Africa’s top innovative smartphone manufacturer and global technology leader, Tecno has launched the Camon 40 series on the Ugandan market.
The AI- powered phone was launched at a function held at their flagship store in Kampala.

He said the Tecno Camon 40 series have advanced AI-powered cameras, seamless performance, and stylish design.

Dickson explained that the Tecno Camon 4o series has a “revolutionary camera system” that allows users to capture stunning photos with advanced AI enhancements, ultra- smooth performance, sleek and stylish design as well as an enhanced battery life of up to 5200mAh.
Speaking during the launch,Ivan Mugambe, the devices manager at MTN Uganda said with the partnership they have with Tecno, Ugandans who buy the Camon 40 series will receive 9GB of MTN data valid for three months.
“With partners such as Tecno, Ugandans will benefit through transacting business better while educators will use the new phone to transmit knowledge better,” Mugambe said.
According to officials, Ugandans will be able to experience the phone on Friday, March, 21 and Saturday, 22 at the Banana Life shop at Forest Mall Lugogo.
