In a heartwarming way of corporate social responsibility (CSR), Unifi has given Mukono Police Station a fresh new look by repainting its premises. The initiative, aimed at enhancing the working environment for officers and creating a more welcoming space for the people of Mukono.
Unifi Uganda, Country Manager, Niki Louw added that the CSR project aligns with Unifi’s broader commitment to community development “Our police officers work tirelessly to keep us safe, and this is our way of showing appreciation for their efforts. A well-maintained workplace can uplift morale and improve productivity.”
The District Police Commander of Mukono Police expressed gratitude for the support saying” We appreciate Unifi for their generous support and the efforts Unifi has made to give back to the community”
The newly painted station now stands as a testament to the positive impact of corporate-community partnerships in fostering a better environment for all.
