Friday, 29th November 2024 – Kampala, Uganda: MTN Uganda has introduced MTN Prestige, a premium loyalty program tailored to reward its high-value customers with exclusive telecom and lifestyle benefits.
The initiative, which builds on MTN’s commitment to enhancing customer experiences, offers a suite of personalized perks across sectors like travel, wellbeing, and entertainment.
MTN Prestige members will enjoy priority customer support, discounts on devices, and access to exclusive data, voice, and roaming products.
The programme also includes lifestyle benefits such as discounts on travel, beauty, and fashion, alongside VIP invitations to MTN-sponsored events.
"MTN Prestige is designed to reward our most valued customers by offering them exclusive privileges and experiences that cater to their individual needs," said Mackinon Kabarole, Acting Chief Marketing Officer of MTN Uganda.
"This loyalty program reflects our drive to deliver personalized and rewarding experiences for our customers."
Members will also be able to redeem loyalty points for telecom services or mobile money via MTN MoMoPay, making it easier to pay for goods and services.
To qualify for MTN Prestige, customers must spend a minimum of Shs100,000 monthly across MTN services, including airtime and mobile money, for six consecutive months.
Eligible customers will be notified through the MyMTN App, SMS, or a call from the MTN call center. Customers can also join by dialing *180#.
The introduction of MTN Prestige underscores MTN’s ambition to enhance digital and financial inclusion while delivering value to its customers.
