The High Court has scheduled the bail application hearing for 36 Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) supporters, arrested in Kisumu, Kenya, for October 31, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

Honorable Lady Justice Susan Okalany will preside over the hearing.

The supporters were previously remanded until August 31, 2024, after being arrested for allegedly engaging in suspicious activities unknown to Kenyan authorities.

They were later deported to Uganda and handed over to the External Security Organization (ESO).
