Organizer on the run as police bust racket involved in recruiting girls for sex parties  

Police have announced they are looking for the organizer of the weekend sex party where 21 people were arrested in Kireka, a Kampala suburb.

According to the police spokesperson, Fred Enanga, after a tip-off, security raided Towers bar and lodge in Kireka where they found naked and half-naked women and men attending a sex party.

“We are looking for Anita Kayz, the prime suspect who organized the sex party. The painful incident is that there was a 16-year-old female girl who had been recruited and groomed to participate into sex parties,” Enanga told journalists on Monday.

“When we rounded up, we found several females and male customers who were part of the party at 10pm, past the curfew time.”

The police spokesperson said preliminary investigations have indicated that Kayz recruits girls from several parts of the country and grooms them to participate in sex parties in several parts of the city at a fee.

“She solicits them and has been actively doing it over the weekend in Kireka, Mukono and other Kampala suburbs The male customers are charged shs50,000 for enjoying VIP whereas the ordinary section is charged shs30,000 per person.”

Enanga explained that among the suspects arrested on Saturday night was a 16 -year- old girl from Kyebando who claimed she had been recruited together with her 14- year -old sister and on that on the fateful day she had attended to four male customers.

“The person who is behind this is their own elder sister, Prossy Nabukenya Nakimera whom we have arrested. She has been bringing the girls from the village and grooms them and recruits them into participating in sex prostitution.”

The police mouthpiece said they are also looking for one Panadol who is also involved in recruiting and grooming girls to participate in sex parties in various parts of the city.

“They have another branch in Kawaala that has been procuring services of underage girls and recruits them into acts of prostitution. We are to charge them for trafficking in persons.”

Enanga however warned parents to always look after children well so as not to ensure they are not recruited into such activities.

He noted that the owner of the bar where the 21 suspects were arrested has also been arrested to help police in investigations.
