Hisense Uganda launches electronics insurance

Consumers of high end electronics will no longer have anything to fear with the introduction of Smartec Electronics Limited’s electronics insurance service. Smartec is pioneering the service through their flagship brand Hisense. 

Marketing executive Jonathan Kyetume says that the electronics insurance service will enable customers to ensure their products for up to three years against theft, power surges and accidental damage and that the insurance policy can be taken on all new products from the official Smartec Electronics showrooms in Kampala.

Mohammed Moinuddin Ahmed, the Sales Manager, states that the insurance claim process has been streamlined with the insurance partner to ensure the best customer experience for all customers purchasing from the official showrooms. 

Smartec Electronics official showrooms are located on Oasis mall, Forest Mall, Madhvani Building, Kabalagala and Bugolobi. 

Asim Waseem Ahmed, the General Manager further confirms that Smartec electronics limited has continuously aimed to improve customer satisfaction & experience through continuous innovation from leading global technology partners – Hisense, Changhong, & Huawei as they set the standard for domestic, commercial technology and services in Uganda.

Smartec electronics continues to redefine the consumer electronics industry in Uganda with premium quality state-of-the-art LED Digital & Smart Televisions, Fridges, Air conditioners, mobile phones, washing machines, dish washers, microwaves, cookers, and soundbars. 

The electronics insurance service comes soon after Smartec  Electronics Limited buffered its loyal clients with a five year warranty period offer for electronics purchased.
