Dembe FM’s Djacob Omutuuze denied NUP ticket, bitter (Video)
Dembe FM presenter Jacob Akuguzibwe alias Djacobs Omutuuze has hit out at the National Unity Platform, accusing them of being infiltrated by his enemies from the Democratic Party Block and fellow workmates who don’t like him.
Omutuuze was seeking the NUP ticket for Lord Councilor of Bunamwaya, but his position remained undecided, causing him fears it could have been given to someone else.

“Every position was returned and people selected, but no one has spoken about my position,” he said.
According to Omutuuze, there are several attempts at trying to block his candidature in NUP, which he says is an absurd situation when NUP gets to be used by outsiders to determine matters within.
“DP block is fighting me not to get a ticket, they have given money to people in NUP and my different workmates to fight me. It is absurd, “he said.
Omutuuze pointed out people like his workmate Eddie Ssendi who claimed earlier that the former should not be contesting in Bunamwaya when he is not a Muganda.
“Ssendie is a useful idiot, he has a grudge with me for being more successful. I am a citizen of this country and resident of Bunamwaya, so I will contest where I want,” he said.
Omutuuze refused to blame Bobi Wine for his woes.
“This is not about Bobi Wine; it is about the DP block that is forcing the way things should be in Bunamwaya. But I will contest, whether I am in NUP or not, and whoever comes I will obliterate them.”
