John Blaq upbeat after successful concert

Renowned singer John Kasadha popularly known as John Blaq is filled with joy after registering what was a largely successful maiden concert.

This was evident on Friday night after hundreds of revellers filled Freedom City to witness his maiden show dubbed Ayabasi concert.

Having spent only two years in the industry, the singer has set the bar high and he will never be forgotten given the mark he has created in the entertainment industry.

'Aya Baasi' is the trigger that the singer uses as his signature because whenever he hits the studio to record a song, he would just say it naturally and surprising people liked it.

One may ask when is the right time for an artiste to hold a concert?

Some people think having a few hit songs determines someone’s readiness while others believe that one should have a maiden show after years in the industry because by then, an artiste would be having enough experience.

However,John Blaq proved that he can manage to survive in the industry amid all the challenges.

The show also proved that the singer is shooting for the stars.

John Blaq with a very unique voice broke out with his hit song ‘Romantic’ and has managed to release hit after hit such as ‘Sweet Love’, ‘Do Dat’, ‘Makanika’, ‘Obubadi’ and ‘Mama Bulamu’ among others.

Besides hit songs, he has been booked to perform at gigs in and out of Kampala and few of them have seen him fly to foreign countries.

.The singer was escorted by both up coming and established artists including Karole Kasita, Aziz Azion, Jowy Landa, Pallaso, Eddy Kenzo, Tip Swizzy, VIP Jemo,The Agent and Weasel among others.

Given the fact that John Blaq has few songs, he stepped up on stage at exactly midnight which was a bit late.

Some people started leaving the venue after he did only three songs.
