Uganda Cranes head coach Johnathan McKinstry has named his starting XI to face Burkina Faso on later tonight at the Stade 4 Aout in Ouagadougou City.
Uganda plays against the Stallions away in their opening group B game.
The team named by the Irishman has almost not changed from the one that played against Ethiopia in a friendly last month
Denis Onyango, the team captain in between the sticks goal with Bevis Mugabi and Joseph Ochaya at the left and right backs respectively.
Former KCCA FC captain, Timothy Awany and Murushid Jjuuko will play in central defence whereas US-based Mike Azira, Khalid Aucho, Abdul Lumala and Faruku Miya will man the midfield.
Emmanuel Okwi and Patrick Kaddu have been tasked to poach for goals.
