Victoria University gears up for International Day 2019
Victoria University Kampala will tomorrow (November 9) hold the International day, 2019.
The day is aimed at celebrating the various student nationalities at the university and showcasing the different cultures.
"It is about emphasising brotherhood, sisterhood and appreciating the unique cultures of the various students," the university noted in a statement.
The university has a number of students from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, Dr Congo, Burundi among others.
There will be lots of fun, food, music, lifestyle and student fashion shows.
The evnt has been supported by Kenya High Commission Kampala, Tanzania Embassy, Embassy of Egypt in Kampala, DRCongo Embassy, Eritrean embassy, South Sudan embassy, Rwanda High Commission, Embassy Burundi and the Embassy of Norway.
Gates open at 9.00am.
