During celebrations to mark the second anniversary the leader of World Revival Centre church in Jinja Pastor Tom Ngobi asked President Museveni to give pastors vehicles like he did to religious leaders of other sects.
Kyagulanyi had no kind words for church leaders who have failed to use the pulpit to condemn bad governance in the country.
"Religious leaders need to speak out against the ills in our society. Their voices carry a lot of weight," he said.
Muntu said if religious leaders disregard the teachings of the Bible and continue to regard political leaders as the epitome of riches then society is doomed.
Bishop Robert Sityo said government should go ahead with plans to streamline born again churches since many pastors are not worthy to be called men of God.
Other MPs who attended the function are: Paul Mwiru, Francis Zaake and Asuman Basalirwa.
