“I encourage you to make use of the alternative channels made available by the bank to serve us better. These are convenient, save your time and reduce the cost of banking by bringing services closer to your neighborhood,”Kemirembe told locals in Lyantonde.
The legislator applauded Centenary Bank for extending services closer to the locals especially through Cente Agents that offer the same banking services as banks noting that people in various communities can easily save and withdraw money without necessarily going to banking halls.
Immaculate Ngulumi, the Chief Manager Branding and Marketing at Centenary Bank revealed that through the annual customer week, they are able to provide various services to communities as well as engaging with them in a bid to get feedback on the services offered.
“The customer week engagements allow us to physically interact with our customers outside the normal routine banking and this time is dedicated to respond to the various questions and to guide them on how to access our new services and where to improve,”Ngulumi noted.
He said this has not only helped them grow further but also improve service delivery to their customers.
