5 bodies of Ugandans on kyeyo recovered from Dubai and Kuwait in 2 days

Police has confirmed that five bodies of Ugandans who had gone to work abroad have been repatriated to the country in the last two days.

The Ugandans were working in the Middle East countries of Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.

1. Kiwanuka Moses who died in Kuwait with two others who were brought yesterday.

2. Sarah Nagawa - 42 years who has been in Dubai and died in unclear circumstances. Her body was brought by a relative identified as Nagawa Proscovia. The cause of death documents from Kuwait say that it is interceleberal haemorrhage but doctors are conducting a postmortem.

However Police is investigating murder and it is also interested in how she was taken to work in the United Arab Emirates. A relative has told Police that she went on her own.

3. Sylvia Mutonyi who died in Dubai of an unatural death. Her body was brought on Ethiopian Airlines. Reports indicate that she was exported by Rema Africano company Uganda Limited one year ago. She died on 18th May 2019 and since then the body has been awaiting repatriation.
