The Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga has warned legislators against communicating with President Museveni on matters concerning Parliament without her express permission.

The tough talking Kadaga informed legislators that the responsibility of communicating matters of Parliament to the president only lies to the office of the speaker.

Kadaga said she has received a number of reports implicating some legislators who keep on communicating with the president on matters of Parliament without her consent.

She vowed to crack a whip on such legislators saying it’s only the responsibility of the Office of the speaker to communicate to the president matters of Parliament.
