Six days later, BAT accountant is still missing

Police is on the search for a one John Bosco Kibalama a resident of Seeta Kiwalimu zone who went missing on Monday June 3.

Kibalama is an accountant with British American Tobacco.

According to the CCTV footage Kibalama was last seen at Lumumba Avenue British American Tobacco offices where he works.

Police recovered his car Toyota Prado UAX 199E following day abandoned on Gayaza Road near Sekanyonyi police post with all his belongings.

Monica Nabukeera the wife to Kibalama narrated how the husband left home on Monday 6:30am heading to Makerere University to work on his research work.

He never resurfaced.

Efforts to trace his whereabouts have not yielded anything so far.

The discomfort of the missing head of the home is taking its toll on the children.

"The children ask me every morning, 'mummy where is daddy, daddy’s car is not in the parking, daddy’s car is not in the garage, mummy tell us where Daddy is," she said.

The Toyota Prado is currently parked at Ssekanyonyi Police post, near the exact place where it was abandoned.

Police says CCTV footage retrieved from his place of work, shows that he arrived at office at 7.30 am and spent 10 minutes in the office.

His phone indicates he was in Kololo near Protea Hotel at around midday.
