Bobi Wine: "I will not give up the fight"

Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi commonly known as Bobi Wine yesterday vowed to continue with his fight for the freedom of Ugandans whom he described are being held under captivity.

Addressing supporters on Thursday at his home in Magere Wakiso district on arrival from Luzira prison after he was granted bail by court, Bobi Wine said the fight has just began and no one will stop him from fighting for freedom.

He urged his supporters to pray for this country.

“No one is powerful than God. Lets pray for each other. Let's pray for this country," he told his supporters.

He thanked his supporters for standing with him in this trying moment.

“You all know that we are fighting for the truth and we must stick on the truth until we win” He stated

A few minutes after his speech, fans started singing Tuliyambala Engule song as they escorted him to his compound.

Among his bail conditions, Bobi Wine was barred from holding unlawful demonstrations and rallies.

He is expected back in court on May 23, 2019
