Bedroom boredom: How can you spice up your sex life?

Routine in anything we do in life creates boredom. At work, with friends; even down to the food we eat. How we have sex is no exception. Doing the same the say way over and over will eventually lead to one partner being less interested in what was originally meant to be a beautiful act.

And while I do appreciate that sex and its discussion is often thought of as a taboo, the reality is that many adults are having it. From the moments of I do, blood still boils hot and the urge to be with your partner is more often than not more natural. But along the way comes children, familiarity from spending waking mornings with the same person and sadly sex becomes a routine. Part of the reason you got married in the first place.
