MTN has renewed its sponsorship to Startimes Uganda premier league side Onduparaka.
In the partnership unveiled yesterday at the Nyonyi Gardens in Kololo, MTN gave the Arua based club Shs 300 million until the end of the 2019/2020 season.
According to the terms of the deal, the MTN logo will be placed on the top right corner of the club’s official jersey which was also unveiled.
Martin Sebuliba the senior manager brand and communications at MTN, said the renewal is a sign of their company’s commitment to growing the sport in Uganda.
Onduparaka’s Patron Bernard Atiku, promised a good account for every penny received from their merchandise partners.
Onduparaka, currently lie 5th on the Star-times Uganda premier league with 26 points.
This sponsorship is proof of the fruits of broadcasting the league on the home of sport Sanyuka TV.
