Commissioner of Police Fred Enanga has been appointed the new police spokesperson, the Nile Post has learnt.
The new changes by the Inspector General of Police, Martin Okoth Ochola that have seen Enanga bounce back as the police mouthpiece have also seen Senior Superintendent of Police Emilian Kayima sent to the office of Chief Political Commissar headed by AIGP Asan Kasingye.
Enanga has been at the Criminal Investigations Directorate headquarters in Kibuli as the personnel in charge of administration and training.
The soft speaking Enanga had earlier served in the same position as police spokesperson before being dropped by the then Inspector General of Police, Gen.Kale Kayihura.
Enanga who has just returned from a three weeks course in China was replaced by slain AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi.
The name transfers have also seen Polly Namaye appointed the Deputy Police spokesperson whereas Patrick Onyango has been appointed the Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson and to be deputized by Luke Owoyesigyire.
