Bobi Wine flown to Gulu for trial as police surrounds homes of opposition politicians

Hussein Kyanjo

Hello Andrew Mwenda,

I have seen your latest diatribe on Bobi Wine and Dr Kizza Besigye.

I can try to appreciate your arguments against the elites and their men Besigye and Bobi but I get stranded before you can answer a few questions.

AD-03 AD-03 AD-03

!. Because Besigye and Bobi are just potential tyrants do you therefore suggest that Museveni who is a better tyrant should stay for ever?

2. Do you want to suggest that Besigye and Bobi’s hooligans who unleash cyber attacks at you are worse than M7s patriots who broke into banks, stole food from peasants gardens, ate cows of wananchi, robbed cooperatives of hard cash, lorries and coffee stocks, allocated all official govt pool houses and land to them selves and worst of all raped and killed scores of peasant children who declined to join them as well as adult UPC leaders mainly in Luwero.

Do you know that these NRA fighters pitched camp in several schools e.g my own Masaka Secondary School where they destroyed all school furniture (chairs and desks) which they used as firewood for cooking?

3. If the elite are stupid in supporting Besigye and Bobi as a their choice, why then are you unkind not to guide them on the kind of choice you think is appropriate and suitable even if such a choice is yourself, instead of blocking them from promoting their candidates as you tactfully encourage them to remain with your preferred M7.

Andrew Mwenda has been critical of Bobi Wine saying he has no credentials to lead the country.

3. Do you think that the elite and hooligans of Uganda are making well thought choices in Besigye and Bobi?

To me I think that these people are making desperate choices because of the confusion caused by your better dictator and the mess which accompanies the fall of such self professed kings is the exact making of these same kings.

Lastly, please know that bad leaders or unpredictable ones are removed through the ballot in a free and fair election and just in case such leaders manipulate the electoral process they are ultimately tolerated until their term or age limit catches with them.

Again, please help us and declare your suitable candidate or yourself and save the country from guess work or gambling. Short of that, let the stupid elite and hooligans make their choice.

Your esteemed brother
Hussein Kyanjo.

The author is former MP for Makindye West.
