Kitende based Vipers Sports Club  have appointed

Kenyan tactician Michael Ouma as their interim coach after sacking their

Mexican coach Javier Matinez Espinoza.

On Sunday evening, the club announced they had named a

five man interim technical team to take charge of the club until the end of the

season.

“Vipers Sports Club has this evening named a five- man

interim technical team that will be handling the club going until the end of

this season,”the club said in a statement released on Sunday evening.

“The team includes a new face of Kenyan born Micheal Ouma,

Oloya Moses, Edward Ssali and Ram Nyakana Mpuga.”

The club said they would be naming the fifth person soon

as they seek to steer through the storm they are going through currently.

“The new team commenced work this evening with a training

session in preparation for Vipers next league game against URA FC at Namboole

on the 3rd January 2019.”

Ouma once took charge of the

Kenyan under 17 team as the head coach.

The Venoms on Saturday sacked

Espinoza following his exit from the Caf Champions League and a series of

dismal performances only four months after taking charge of the Kitende based

team.

Vipers are second on the

StarTimes Uganda Premier League log with 25 points, below leaders KCCA.
