Five perish in accident along Masaka-Mbarara road

Five people died instantly last night at Kyazanga town, along Masaka-Mbarara highway after a trailer whose driver had lost control collided with a Land Cruiser.

Eyewitnesses said that a trailer registration number UAM 238X lost control and rammed into a V8 Land cruiser registration number RA 009L, killing five people on the spot.

The dead were members from the same familu.

The accident occurred at 10.30 PM.
