“All Unit Commanders are asked to ensure that they disseminate Police telephone numbers of the respective units to the people within their areas of responsibilities. This is to be done in partnership with the Local Council systems especially LC1 through the Secretary for Information,” the police chief said.

“Each home in every village whether they have a phone or not should be encouraged to have a record of the telephone number of the nearest Police unit.”
