Bebe Cool attacks promoter, Suudiman

Singer Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool has fired back at the fledging music promoter Suudiman saying that attacking him won't revive his stunted career and he is totally ignorant about what is going on in the industry.

The self-proclaimed BigSize made the comments following disses and the discrediting of the brand Bebe Cool when Suudiman said that at the age of 40 years, what Bebe Cool does best is to only jump in songs like a kangaroo pretending to sing but actually when its bubblegum and crap music.

"At the age of 40 Bebe Cool what you know is to jump in your bubblegum music videos like a kangaroo pretending to dance but that's rubbish", Suudiman noted.

The Ndiwuwo singer wasted no time and hit back at Suudi saying that he should first learn to respect music as a business and differentiate it from a person and a brand before he goes ahead to spread his ignorance.

"Several ignorant people have been going around saying that of late my music lacks mature content and doesn't suit my age. While some say this out of total ignorance and have taken on this crusade purely for purposes of discrediting the brand BEBE COOL others are attacking me for public attention thinking that it will advance their stunted careers," the musician said.

He went on to give tips of wisdom to every musician who takes music as a business and how to stay relevant in the industry for long as he has done , 23 years.

"Every business has a target market and music is a business in Uganda as seen today has a youthful age bracket that benefits directly from the industry through concerts, downloads and indirectly through corporate sponsorships etc. And this is the age of 15 and 35", he added.
