Former Tooro Kingdom Duke welcomes baby boy
On November 17, 2012, business in the country and activity came to a standstill as Tooro Kingdom treated us to the Ugandan version of a royal wedding; Christopher Thomas was walking Princess Ruth Komuntale down the aisle.
As a result of this marriage, Christopher Thomas became the duke of Tooro kingdom and husband to then 23-year-old Ruth Komuntale- Oh what a fairy tale!

However, one year later (November 2013), the duke and the princess were no more, we had been treated to a royal wedding that shouldn’t have been.
Had the marriage continued as had been declared in their vows, today, Tooro kingdom would be welcoming their first new generation prince and apparent heir to the throne.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the former Duke of Tooro is now a proud father to a baby boy, Austin Thomas.
Although he does not mention the name of the mother, Christopher Thomas took to social media to announce the good news; “Duke is a daddy.”
He would later post a picture of him and the baby he named Austin Thomas and add caption; “My baby”.
Nile Post can reliably confirm that Austin Thomas was born to Christopher on May 16.
