"In service wherever you are put, you go and serve," Brig Sabiiti said.

"What encourages me to work is service for the country."

He added that he had a wonderful team at the Military Police but was quick to note that he will still be in touch with them.

"We shall still be working together."

When asked about the expectations on his new job,the new Deputy IGP was quick to say that he would comment about it when the right time comes.

"One day at a time. When that time comes I will talk about it.I cannot speak about something I have not started upon."

Prior to the position of the commandant of military police, Sabiiti served as deputy commander Special Forces Command, the elite force that guards the president.
