Police have arrested Rubaga South Member of Parliament, Kato Lubwama for allegedly holding an illegal consultative meeting in Nateete, Kampala.
Police was led by Katwe DPC Frantile Lwamusaayi .
They first blocked Makindye West MP Allan Ssewanyana and Leader of Opposition in Parliament, Winnie Kiiza from accessing the rally venue in Nateete .
This prompted Katwo Lubwama to inquire from police why they had stopped his colleagues .
Police then descended onto him before forcing him into a waiting patrol vehicle.
Meanwhile a scuffle ensued as the locals threw stones at police prompting the latter to fire teargas and bullets to disperse the crowd
