Manafwa deputy RDC Kagenyi vows to arrest saboteurs of PDM

Lukka Kagenyi, the Manafwa deputy RDC has vowed to arrest anyone who sabotages the Parish Development Model in the district.

Kagenyi made the vow while closing a three day training workshop at Butiru town council.

He advised people involved in the programme to steer clear of any ill motives towards this treasured initiative.

"Unlike previous programmes that our people keep referring too,with PDM it's going to be a different story altogether as regards deliverables.We shall not tolerate mediocrity when it comes to implementation," he said.

Kagenyi challenged technocrats like town clerks, sub county chiefs and parish chiefs to desist from corruption tendencies.  He cautioned accounting officers against soliciting for money from people who seek government services.
