MP Zaake and team attacked, beaten by goons; bodyguard in critical condition
A group of goons waylaid, ambushed, and attacked Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament Francis Butebi Zaake together with the crew and pummelled them.
According to reports, Zaake with the team had been attending a Dua for the deceased NUP stalwart Shakira Nabagesera who passed on last month at Naguru Hospital.

A witness claims that Zaake who was together with his team were ambushed by over 30 goons who clobbered them.
The witness adds that Zaake managed to escape but his bodyguard, Ashiraf Sseremba was beaten and is currently admitted at Rubaga Hospital in critical condition.
“Zaake is fine, he has gone to visit the bodyguard this morning at Rubaga Hospital,” a member of Zaake’s team confirmed to Nile Post.
