Where is minister Nantaba? MPs ask

Members of Parliament have tasked government to produce state minister for ICT and National Guidance Aidah Nantaba dead or alive.

Ever since the alleged assassination attempt on the life of the embattled minister in March this year, her whereabouts are not known.

A one Ronald Ssebulime was reportedly killed in the process.

There were reports that President Museveni had told her not to leave her home in Kayunga.

Now legislators led by Roland Kaginda MP Rukungiri Municipality want to know the whereabouts of the outspoken minister Nantaaba after reports emerged that she could have fled to Canada.

However, prime minister Dr.Ruhakana Rugunda has dismissed rumours and told parliament that state minister for ICT Aida Nantaba isĀ  abroad on government permission.
