Bajjo should denounce people power, they got him into trouble and ran away- Balaam

Events promoter Balaam Barugahara has advised fellow promoter Andrew Muksa alias Bajjo, to dissociate self from people power pressure group because it is them misleading him yet they are no where when he is in trouble.

Balaam, who himself has been attached to the National Resistance Movement and specifically president Museveni, says that Bajjo would not be in jail if he hadn’t consumed people power activism to the brim.

He blames Bajjo for being indisciplined and allowing his madness carry him forward.

“When Bajjo was arrested, I was the first person to locate him. I talked to him and asked those who had arrested him to produce him in court if he had committed an offence. But evidence from Bajjo’s video shows two things; He is mad and indisciplined. No one in their right mind can record such a video for the sitting President,” Balaam said.

“I will again speak to him to change completely. Because right now no one is helping him. The promoters who used to make noise with him are all quiet, government paid them money and they went quiet, they are now into their own businesses. Bajjo needs to learn,” he said.

Balaam’s words come with an echo from the speech delivered by Abbey Musinguzi Abbitex, also a promoter and close friend with Bajjo.

Following Bajjo’s arrest last week, Abbitex decried hypocrisy amongst the people that he thought were Bajjo’s friends.

“This is the right time for Bajjo to know who his friends are. The people we all expected to be there for him are no where to be seen, those he protected and supported are quiet. No one shows up,” he said.

“This is a big lesson, by the time Bajjo leaves prison, he will know who is really loyal to him.”
