Francis Zaake, the Mityana Municipality MP, has been brought to Rubaga hospital. The legislator remains in a critical condition.
According to sources, Zaake who is in bad physical shape following his brutal arrest in Arua on Monday, was brought to the hospital by army men who promptly left.

One of his friends, Allan Ssewanyana, the MP for Makindye West, said that Zaake cannot speak, eat, walk or sit.
"He is in a very bad situation and every Ugandan should pray for him," Ssewanyana said.
Zzake was arrested with Robert Kyagulanyi, the Kyadondo East MP from Pacific Hotel in Arua on Monday. He was later transferred to Gulu military barracks.
However on Wednesday, pictures showing the legislator to be in poor physical shape emerged on social media, raising suspicion that he was tortured under detention.
