Protests have broken out Kamwokya for the second day in a row over the detention of Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi.

Kyagulanyi, better known by his music moniker Bobi Wine was yesterday charged in Gulu army court for illegal possession of fire arms and ammunition.
