"Abdulnoor Ssemuju is remanded at Luzira and Nixon Agasiirwe should be taken to Makindye military police,"Guti said.
Efforts by the senior police officer was formerly the commander of the Special Operations Unit to raise his hand up for a point of information to the court fell on deaf ears as the court chairman ignored him.
"Officer in Charge of military police should take charge,"the court chairman said before adjourning the case to March 26.
Its however not clear why the army court ordered that Agasiirwe be remanded to Makindye military police and not Luzira where he has been for over five months.
Nixon co-accused takes plea
Earlier, Ssemuju accepted to take plea for the charges of kidnap.
Plea taking is when a suspect denies or admits the charges against them.
Earlier, the 59 years old had refused to take plea arguing that he was a civilian who could not be tried by an army court.
On Monday,Ssemuju's lawyer Chrysestom Katumba told court that he had briefed his client about the benefits of taking plea.
Ssemuju however denied the charges .
Prosecution alleges that the duo kidnapped and repatriated an unnamed person back to Rwanda on August 2013 in Luweero using grenades and pistols which are a monopoly of the armed forces.
