Below is the poetic post.
Workplace Mother
"We thought we had survived
We thought we had arrived
It seemed far away from home
Yet is became home away from home
We found a workplace mother."
"She beats us with words
She sharpens us like swords
She grills us with toughness
But thrills us with happiness
We found a workplace mother."
"Have a sense of urgency!
Understand your regency!
Have a sense of ownership!
Value our partnership!
Cultivate your relationship!
We found a workplace mother."
"We still feel the humanity
We still value spirituality
We still believe in stewardship
We still enjoy co-ownership
We are in love with customer service
We found a workplace mother."
